MoveRide Rentals ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") is a DBA (Doing Business As) of United Hearts LLC.

Customers opt in to receive customer care SMS messages by visiting https://www.moveriderentals.com/startdriving and completing the online rental application. During the application process, customers provide their mobile phone number and actively check the SMS consent checkbox to agree to receive customer care SMS messages from MoveRide Rentals. Customers must also separately agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy before submitting the application.

SMS messages may include:

  • Rental application confirmations

  • Application status updates

  • Vehicle availability notifications

  • Booking confirmations

  • Rental agreement notifications

  • Payment reminders

  • Rental notifications

  • Customer support communications

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of renting a vehicle.

Message frequency varies depending on your rental application, application status, rental activity, account needs, and customer support requests.

3. Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from MoveRide Rentals unless you provide new consent.

4. Message & Data Rate

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. MoveRide Rentals is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless provider.

5. Privacy

Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6.Service Availability

SMS delivery is subject to transmission from your wireless carrier and network provider. MoveRide Rentals is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Changes to These Terms

MoveRide Rentals reserves the right to update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes become effective when posted on this website.

By checking the SMS consent checkbox and submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

8. Age Restrictions

You must be at least 18 years old to rent a vehicle from MoveRide Rentals or enroll in our SMS program.
